Some of our strongest connections begin with a recommendation. If you know someone who may be a great fit for an opportunity with TR3 Recruitment or Career Scout, we would love to hear from you.

Refer a friend, family member or colleague and, if they are successfully placed and meet the eligibility requirements, you may receive a referral reward. We welcome referrals across banking and financial services, accounting, insurance, customer service, professional services and executive appointments throughout Australia.

How it works

1. Introduce us to someone in your network who may be open to a new opportunity.

2. We will contact them confidentially to understand their experience and career goals.

3. If your referral is successfully placed and satisfies the program conditions, we will arrange your reward.

Referral conditions

Referral rewards are available at our discretion and apply only to eligible new candidate introductions. A reward will not generally apply where the person is already registered with, has recently contacted, or is actively being represented by TR3 Recruitment or Career Scout. Referrals of personnel currently working with you through a TR3 Recruitment client engagement are also excluded. Full conditions will be confirmed when the referral is received.
